Smiley’s Racing Products is offering FREE Ground Shipping on Retail orders over $149 in the contiguous United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and International orders. This offer is valid for Ground Shipping only using our shipping service and excludes Freight shipments, expedited shipping or drop shipments. Orders qualify for FREE Shipping based on the subtotal of products ordered, excluding tax and shipping costs. Offer may be subject to adjustment for returns, exchanges or cancellation of orders.

Free Shipping does not apply to oversized items. Examples of Oversized items may include, but are not limited to some, tires, jacks, seats, fuel jugs, bumpers, rear ends, transmissions, batteries, fuel cells, fan shrouds, complete gear sets, leaf springs, large Pit Pal items, top wings, top wing trees, nerfs, chassis, hoods, and large body pieces. Bassett, Keizer, Real, and QRC Wheels ship to the Continental U.S. at a $15 Flat Rate.

We have an excellent shipping service to calculate your shipping costs, however, there are occasions when the shipping cost may be high. When an order ships, we will correct your shipping and provide a refund when it is calculated too high. If you have a concern about your shipping cost, please call us at (866) 959-7223 so we can assist you.

Our website currently only calculates shipping on orders to continental/contiguous U.S. To place an international order or order from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please give us a call at 1-866-959-7223. Our knowledgeable Sales staff will assist you with your order and provide a shipping quote.

The following shipping options are offered to you so you can get the parts and tires you need when you need them -- FexEx Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day, Saturday Delivery or Freight Line.

If you would like your order shipped using one of the above options and it is not yet available on our website, call us at 1-866-959-7223 for a shipping quote.

In the event your order becomes too large to be shipped via FexEx and requires Freight shipping, we will contact you with the shipping amount for your approval.

If an item in your order will be drop shipped from the manufacturer or is on backorder, you will be contacted with this information.

To return a product to Smiley's Racing Products or Hoosier Tire Southwest, please follow the instructions below so we can serve you better.

1. Returns require a copy of the original invoice.
2. No returns after 30 days.
3. No returns on special order items.
4. Returns must be unused and in condition to be sold as NEW.
5. Call 1-866-959-7223 - Explain the reason for the return and get a Return Authorization Number.
6. Ship item back prepaid and insured via FedEx to:

7. Repack return items carefully to avoid damage.
8. Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the Return Authorization Number written on it, along with a note with the reason for the return and a daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.
9. Smiley's Racing Products and Hoosier Tire Southwest reserve the right to refuse any return items if returned items can not be sold as "New".
10. Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee.
